At its core, body positivity strives to cultivate a culture that honors diversity and empowers individuals to love themselves unequivocally.

The roots of the body positivity movement can be traced back to a growing dissatisfaction with the narrow definitions of beauty perpetuated by the media and fashion industry. For far too long, unrealistic ideals have been propagated, leading to a pervasive sense of inadequacy among individuals who don’t fit the conventional mold.
